Welcome to Kent Walk & Talk 

Kent Walk & Talk is therapy conducted whilst walking outdoors in the beautiful 'Weald of Kent' (areas surrounding Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells).

Walk and talk therapy allows you to address your concerns in a natural outdoor setting, which may appeal to you if you enjoy being active outdoors, where you may feel more connected, relaxed and free to express yourself. 

Walk and talk therapy is an active approach to self-awareness, problem-solving and personal growth. The combination of physical movement and conversation can help you to process your thoughts and emotions in a practical and action-oriented way.

Walk and talk therapy may reduce your stress levels, particularly if you are a busy professional, entrepreneur and/or business owner; it will offer you the opportunity to decompress, clear your mind, and recharge while engaging in physical activity. Additionally, the physical benefits of walking include improved cardiovascular health, weight management, and increased energy levels, positively impacting on mental and emotional well-being.

Walk and talk therapy provides a discreet, confidential and non-judgmental environment where you can freely express yourself without worrying about being overheard or being seen within a traditional therapy setting; in other words a safe and supportive space to explore your feelings, challenges, and goals without fear of stigma or criticism.
