Therapy that adapts to how you're wired
You are not broken. Nothing about you needs fixing.
If you're autistic, have ADHD, experience OCD, or are otherwise neurodivergent, or think you might be — this page is for you. Diagnosed, self-identified, or just wondering. All are welcome.
I work with the person, not the diagnosis
Labels can be useful. They can also get in the way. ADHD, autism, OCD — the names overlap, the traits overlap, and many people never get a clear answer. That's fine. I don't work with your diagnosis. I work with you.
What matters is your experience. That might include:
-
compulsive patterns you can't seem to break
-
shame about feeling different, or "less than"
-
exhaustion from masking — performing a version of yourself
-
rejection that can feel like physical pain
-
overload, from senses or people or both
-
a lifetime of being called lazy, too much, or not trying.
Whatever the reason. Whatever the label. Or no label at all.

Why work with me on this?
These experiences rarely arrive alone. They overlap with anxiety, addiction, codependency and self-esteem — my core specialisms.
Working at depth with those overlaps is what I offer. I also bring lived experience of neurodivergence, alongside ongoing learning. Lived experience helps me understand. Training and depth of experience are what inform the therapy process.
Being understood is where therapy starts. Change is where it goes.
What sessions are like
Sessions adapt to you. That can mean:
-
direct questions, if silences are hard work
-
time to process, without it being analysed
-
no expectations about eye contact
-
movement welcome; fidget and sensory tools provided
-
clear, literal language
-
online sessions from your own space if this is your preference.

Neurodivergent-friendly therapy in Clapham, Tonbridge and online
I see clients in person in Clapham (South London) and Tonbridge (Kent), and online via Zoom across the UK.
Online work can suit many (not all) neurodivergent clients. Being in your own environment, with your own sensory setup, and with no travel or waiting rooms. I'm equally happy working online in the short, medium or long-term.
